Section 1. An application form for a job.

Section 2. A discussion between a student and a lecturer about a project on ancient arts.
Questions: multiple choice.

Section 3. Information about art festivals and venues.
Questions: match descriptions to venues.

Section 4. A lecture about synaesthesia.
Questions: filling in blanks.

Reading test

Passage 1. About Mongolian horses and how they were saved from extinction.

Passage 2. Antarctica and its influence on the climate and ecology.

Passage 3. Evolution of psychology.

Writing test

Writing task 1 (a report)

We were given a bar chart comparing water levels in reservoirs in six Australian cities in 2009 and 2010.

Writing task 2 (an essay)

Some people are becoming more interested in family history research. Others, however, argue that one should focus more on the present and future generations. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Candidates will be able to register and pay for their test from late March 2015. As this test is brand new and has been just announced one day ago, there isn’t much information available yet. We had to compare the data. Writing task 2 (an essay) A recent study showed that both developed and developing countries prosper because of the economic growth. People from developing countries are happier than before while people from developed countries are not as happy as they were in the past. Why is this happening? How can this situation be improved?
